He's Vampire Bear and he's excited about something - maybe about the fact that the office is relocating to the East coast and that is something that is simultaneously a little bit sad and a little bit happy. Maybe he's excited that this week, for the first time ever, his lesson in Hebrew Reading incorporates nothing but real words in the Hebrew language.
