Seriously, how else are people going to know about your free high five policy? You think that you can just stick out your hand and say "high five" and you're going to get action just like that?
Actually, I take that back. I know it's possible because I did an experiment once where I would ask for a high five in the middle of casual conversations. They are always given upon request. Try it for yourself.
